Sheep CRC Wool Conference - Melbourne - September 2013

On 5th September, as part of Wool Week, the Sheep CRC held a mini-conference at The Rialto, Collins Street, Melbourne.

Results of a comprehensive program, testing lightweight knitwear for consumer appeal, have been used to calibrate new measurement systems that accurately predict properties of handle and comfort. The mini-conference was an opportunity to see the Wool ComfortMeter and HandleMeter in action and to discuss the implications of this new technology in terms of future demand for Australian superfine and ultrafine wools.

Presentations from the conference are available for download below.
